Salem Lions Baseball Team Finishes 3rd

in the National Championship Series

The Salem Lions Baseball team, coached by Mr. Marius Nolden, finished a stellar fall baseball season finishing third in  the National Championship Series and second in the Georgia State Division.  This is the first time the Salem team has achieved a 15 win and 4 loss record.  The team will play in the USA Youth Nationals in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in June 2019.  They have the  honor of being invited to play on national TV in the Cooperstown  (Hall of Fame) Baseball World Championship in July, 2019.  This is the top rated baseball championship for this age group.  Well done!
